An exhibition featuring works that celebrate our fascination with the ocean from the talented Janie Stamm, Song Watkins Park, Greta Collier, Hope Ainsworth, Tyler Harris, Brenda Gilliam, Jim Spell, Amanda Lyn Hurd, Ahmed Eldarrat, Taylor Whitney and Madeline Finn.
From the delight of seashells found in a tidal pool to the sheer power and sound of a wave crashing on the beach, our awe of the ocean is a never-ending adventure. In the exhibition, "Life's A Beach" 11 different artists highlight the ocean in and out of the water. You will find yourself on a secret walking path with the work, Black Is Gold, by Tyler Harris or in Greece with Amanda Lyn Hurd's piece, Santorini or even in Sparklepants Land with Hope Ainsworth's work. The exhibition explores abstracts and assemblage, realism and the fantastical in a variety of mediums.
Come through for First Friday artwalk June 2nd, 5-8pm to meet the artists and explore over 75 additional works throughout the hotel!
