This series of paintings comprise of a representational but not realistic approach to portraiture borrowing traits from cubism, surrealism, pop art and the renaissance masters. Cardinal Points, reflects we all have a voice in our head that guides us through life. This internal chatter affects the way we view and approach different situations. Having an optimistic outlook can often provide positive results.
