Everyone who has viewed my art, over time, knows that it’s anthropomorphic, whimsical, with a touch of surrealism and deep layers of storytelling. What I try to do is not only paintthe feline BUT paint the bones underneath and every stroke of fur AND AT THE SAME TIME try to bring out the challenge of being human that the work implies. Very hard, almost impossible.
BUT...sometimes...if rarely...my work 
will achieve the above. This is why I paint.
