“When I purchased these shoes. I was about a year or two out of college. I had just moved out of my parents house and had been on my corporate job for about years. At that time I faced numerous challenges including: learning to be financially responsible, acclimating to working in corporate America, reestablishing friendships, and becoming more self aware. These shoes symbolized my newly independent life at that time and how I went about managing it.”
