My process is a mix of tradition and intuition. I love the technical side of painting-the way oils glow or how acrylics allow for bold, immediate marks-but I let the inspiration of the moment dictate the medium. I'm a portrait artist because I believe in the power of seeing and being seen. My work is about creating something real and lasting; I want every canvas to be a relic in time, capturing the soul of a moment that never fades. Each piece serves as a witness to the present, and a placeholder for the future.
