These paintings are part of the "Inside the Box" collection. The series consists of thirteen minimalist portraits created during the pandemic which feature the artist and her spouse. The restricted style of these works reflects the artist's compartmentalized thoughts and emotions over the last few years. This collection explores introspection, growth, coexistence, and isolation. Creating the series served as an act of catharsis for the artist.
