My work often begins in the imagination, transforming internal visions into tangible forms. I draw inspiration from the greats, Bonnard, Van Gogh,and channel that influence into my own vibrant, expressive style. Color is like music to me—each hue carries rhythm and mood, adding emotional weight to the canvas. My paintings transform classic still life and landscape themes into modern visual expressions. With a strong focus on color, chroma, texture, and composition, I strive to create vivid and compelling oil paintings. I blend realistic depictions with impressionistic techniques and modern aesthetics, aiming to offer a fresh perspective that still honors the masters of the past. Many of my works border on abstraction through their use of color and compositional experimentation. By combining varied oil painting techniques with bold palettes, I create images that stand on their own,alive with energy, memory, and emotion.
