SEAN PETRIC'S Fallen Angel

Falling Angel, leans into surrealism through reflection and distortion. I was thinking about the idea of a mirrored version of the same figure existing in another space, like two dimensions touching for a second. The form starts to melt and drip as it passes between those spaces, almost like it can’t fully survive the transition. What’s solid in one place becomes unstable in the other. I like the tension of something familiar breaking its own rules, where gravity, time, and material don’t behave the way they’re supposed to.
