"I am a visual artist focused on painting, both digitally and physically. A blend of personal experiences, dreamscapes, and nature shapes my creative process. I practice under SNDR, short for "sonder" (the realization that everyone lives a life as vivid and complex as their own). This idea drives my art practice, especially my love for abstracted portraiture. I am fascinated by identity and interpersonal relationships, and nature’s lifecycle often inspires me. I paint stylized portraits in acrylic, using bold colors, transparent layers, and expressive brushstrokes. Subjects in my work often feel familiar, whether they vaguely resemble myself or people I’ve encountered in my lifetime. I lean into vulnerability, which helps me create thought-provoking, emotion-driven pieces. Each piece begins with loose sketches and evolves into a character full of personality and movement while I consciously leave some of the initial sketch or canvas exposed."

I Should Have Taken Care Of You is a surreal acrylic painting exploring the relationship with our younger selves in adulthood. This piece features a weeping figure, a central yellow flower, heavy pink petals, and a smaller figure. The composition mirrors the raw, cynical nature of healing, protecting, and shedding past versions.
