"Ava's Dreams of Birds" is dedicated to my friend who suffers from narcolepsy, a sleep disorder. Through this work, I aimed to highlight the challenges she faces every day. Embroidery is one of my favorite creative outlets. I find inspiration in its historical context and the creative possibilities of working with colorful floss, lace, fabrics, and beads. I enjoy applying these materials to my designs and exploring the medium's endless possibilities.
ALL ARTWORK CURRENTLY ON EXHIBIT IN THE TWELFTH BIANNUAL EXHIBITION WILL STAY ON DISPLAY AFTER PURCHASE UNTIL October 30th 2025. Some exceptions on case-by-case basis. Shipping rates subject to change based on location and are the responsibility of the buyer. All sales are final.
