My oil paintings represent depictions of my personal anxieties, commentaries on femininity and sexualization, and explorations of social satire. I often source inspiration from vintage advertisements and pin-ups, self-portraits, and classic films from the 30s and 40s. My figurative oil paintings commonly incorporate macabre or unusual elements into glamorous imagery to simultaneously entice and disturb the viewer.
